We are looking for a quality-conscious and meticulous production technician/cleanroom assembler for a long-term assignment with one of our exciting clients at SJR.

You will play a central role in producing exciting technical products for a cutting-edge technology company. This is initially a longer consulting assignment where you will be employed by us at SJR as one of our valued consultants. The ambition is for you to transition into a direct recruitment with our client after the assignment is completed, provided both parties are satisfied with each other. You will, of course, find out which company it is during your first contact with us.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for conducting incoming inspections of components, primarily mechanics and electronics, as well as performing assembly, integration, and testing of finished computer modules. You will primarily work in a cleanroom environment and be part of a production team that constantly works on quality improvement measures. Your overarching goal will be to meet production targets, streamline production, ensure high quality, and contribute to optimizing processes.

Suitable Background

We are looking for someone with experience in production/assembly, preferably in electronics production and in a cleanroom environment. You have good fine motor skills and experience with soldering and using testing equipment. Furthermore, you have an understanding of production flows and the ability to see the big picture in technically complex environments. As a person, you are very quality-conscious and have good collaboration skills, understanding the importance of precision in your work. Additionally, you can quickly grasp new tasks and learn technical details. You should have previously worked with testing equipment and measuring instruments. You are fluent in Swedish and also comfortable communicating in English.
